Southern League: 1st (of 20) - 21 wins, 9 draws, 8 losses; 82 goals scored, 57 goals conceded
Western League Division 1 Section A (midweek): 5th (of 7) - 5 wins, 1 draws, 6 losses; 20 goals scored, 23 goals conceded

QPR continued in the Southern and Western Leagues and as with the previous season, were in Section A of the Western League. The big game of the year was the Charity Shield against Manchester United, played at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge ground. This was the very first Charity Shield and following a draw in the April 27 match, a replay was set for the commencement of the following season. The match was between the winners of the top league, Division 1, and the winners of the Southern League. In the FA Cup, QPR progressed to the second round, a small improvement to the previous season.
