League Division 1: 5th (of 22) - 22 wins, 7 draws, 13 losses; 67 goals scored, 37 goals conceded

QPR returned to play in League Division 1, finishing fifth and best London club. In the FA Cup, QPR were knocked out in the third round by Huddersfield Town. In the League Cup, QPR were knocked out in the second round by Crewe Alexander. At the beginning of the season, QPR had two tours. The first was a four game tour of Scotland and the second a one game tour of Greece. At the conclusion of the season, QPR travelled to Indonesia to participate in a three team tournament.
