League Division 1: 22nd (of 22) - 4 wins, 10 draws, 28 losses; 39 goals scored, 95 goals conceded

QPR played in League Division 1 following the previous season's promotion but finished last, thus returning to League Division 2. In the FA Cup they were knocked out in the third round by Aston Villa. In the League Cup, QPR were knocked out in the second round by Peterborough. At the beginning of the season, QPR had a two game tour of Scotland.
