QPR continued play in Division 3 (South), finishing sixth. In the two Cup competitions, QPR performed well, reaching the third round of the FA Cup and losing to West Ham United while also progressing in the Division 3 (South) Cup. The semi-final with Port Vale finished 0-0 but was never replayed and no Final was played.
