League Championship: 20th (of 24) - 13 wins, 11 draws, 22 losses; 44 goals scored, 71 goals conceded

QPR continued play in the Championship. In the FA Cup, QPR were knocked out in the third round by Fleetwood Town. In the Carabao Cup, QPR were knocked out in the first round by Charlton Athletic. Prior to the season, QPR travelled to Germany for two matches.

The season was paused for one match in September for the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the final match was moved back two days owing to the coronation of King Charles III. Further there was a four week break in November to December for the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar.
