League Division 2: 8th (of 22) - 15 wins, 13 draws, 14 losses; 56 goals scored, 46 goals conceded

QPR continued play in League Division 2, where they finished above mid table. In the FA Cup, they were knocked out in the third round by Tottenham Hotspur in a replay. In the League Cup, QPR were knocked out in the third round by Notts County. At the beginning of the season, QPR had two tours. The first was a three game tour of France and Greece and the second a five game tour of Finland and Sweden.
