League Division 3 (South): 4th (of 24) - 24 wins, 11 draws, 11 losses; 111 goals scored, 73 goals conceded

QPR continued play in League Division 3 where they finished fourth. In the FA Cup, they were knocked out in the third round by Burnley. In the League Cup, QPR were knocked out in the second round by Nottingham Forest. It was from this season on that QPR dispensed with the internal pre-season practice match and started to play a series of friendlies against other clubs.
