QPR participated in the Division 3 South (North) winning the competition. They also played in the Division 3 South (North) Cup, again winning that competition. There was no promotion after this season and thus winning the League did not see a move to Division 2. In the FA Cup, QPR proceeded to the fifth round, losing to Brentford over two legs. Winning the Division 3 South (North) Cup saw QPR play the winner of the South group, losing following a replay to Bournemouth & Boscombe Athletic.
