League Cup South (Group 3): 2nd (of 4) - 3 wins, 2 draws, 1 losses; 7 goals scored, 8 goals conceded

QPR participated in the Football League South, finishing mid table. At the end of the season was the League Cup South. QPR finished second of the four in their group. With the Second World War terminating after the end of the season, play would return to the League format as prior to the War.
