Southern League: 1st (of 20) - 21 wins, 11 draws, 6 losses; 59 goals scored, 35 goals conceded

QPR continued their participation in the Southern League. This season, they collected their second piece of major silverware with the title in the Southern League. That meant they played in the FA Charity Shield for the second time. They lost that match 2-1 to Blackburn Rovers. In the various Cup competitions there was little success. After the end of the season and the Charity Shield, QPR went on a tour of France and Germany. They played an exhibition match against Fulham in Paris first and another against a local team before embarking on a six-match, nine-day tour of Germany. This was the first major tour by the club and the first overseas.
