Southern League: 7th (of 18) - 14 wins, 8 draws, 12 losses; 51 goals scored, 46 goals conceded
Western League Division 1 (midweek): 11th (of 11) - 6 wins, 3 draws, 11 losses; 27 goals scored, 45 goals conceded

While only two Divisions were being played from this season onwards, the Charity Cup was now a knockout and QPR progressed to Rd 2 after three 1st round replays. The FA Cup was re-organised and QPR commenced and ended with the 6th round of the qualifying.
