Southern League/Western League

Southern League: 8th (of 15) - 11 wins, 4 draws, 13 losses; 43 goals scored, 48 goals conceded
Western League (midweek): 4th (of 9) - 7 wins, 4 draws, 5 losses; 39 goals scored, 25 goals conceded

QPR continued their participation in the Southern League. This time Chatham was the 16th team and withdrew. Owing to the withdrawal, a number of matches were rescheduled to different dates. A midweek league, the Western League, was also played with a smaller number of teams. The fact this was midweek meant that certain players from the various clubs were unavailable to play and thus the results did not match those for games played on weekends. The Cup run in the FA Cup was not as good as the previous season, though QPR were able to start their play in the 3rd round of the qualifying, four stages later than the previous season. However, they only made it to the 5th round of the qualifying. There may have been a few postponed matches in November and December due to the Cup run.
